Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days after receiving it to make a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST BE in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all the labels attached, and in its original packaging. For more information check our terms and conditions

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Worn or used piercing jewellery is UNSUITABLE for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Your refund will be made to the same payment method you used to place the order. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.

If you choose to make a return, we will refund you the order value BUT NOT the cost of delivery if any, AND ALSO deduct a return fee of 49kr

Once we have processed your return in our warehouse, we will send you an email as notice of cancellation.
