Delivery cost is 49kr. Free standard delivery over 699kr.
How long does it take to get my order?
Your order is sent out within 48 hours on weekdays. Your package is sent with PostNord Home, and normally the time of delivery to addresses in Sweden is 2-5 days after the date the order was sent. During high season and sale these may be extended. Ranvely cannot be held responsible for delays that are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed, including changing the delivery address.
You might log in your Postnord App to check if there is any options for you regarding the changing of address or pick up points.
I haven’t received my order/item, what should I do?
When your order ships from us, you receive an email with a track & trace number. Use this on the carrier’s web site to see the status of your order.
Missing Parcel
If your tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you don’t have the parcel first check your email and sms for any delivery information from Postnord and check that nobody in your house, or any neighbours have taken the delivery for you. If you still cannot find your parcel please contact us with your order information so we can help.
Missing Item
If you are missing an item in your order please check if any items were marked as out of stock on your delivery email, we won't charge you for any canceled items. If you are missing items that were not canceled, please contact us with your order information so we can help.
